1. The date for the payment of the college dues for the various classes will be fixed and notified by the Principal from time to time.
  2. A fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged for the non-payment of the dues in time.
  3. Students absent from the college must arrange to pay their fee within the due date.
  4. Cheques/Bank draft will not be accepted for payment of fees.
  5. Non-payment of the College dues within one month of the last day of the payment will render the student liable to be struck off from the college rolls. Studentship can be restored by paying re-admission fee and arrears.
  6. It is compulsory for the student to apply to the principal to struck off his/her name from the college rolls in case he/she does not want to continue the studies. If he/she does not get his/her name struck off then he/she will continue to exist on the college rolls and fee for the full year shall be charged form the student.
  7. If a student leaves the college during any term he/she will have to pay the fee for the whole period of each term except in case of migration.
  8. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
  9. A student who come from the other State/Board or University will pay Rs 1300/- extra as migration.
  10. Fee can be increased or decreased from time to time as per the instructions of the Managing Committee and University.
  11. Fee concession is not a matter of right for the students. It is the prerogative of the Principal. Fee concession will be granted on the basis of merits of the case.
  12. The concession in fee, Scholarship and prizes to students are conditional and are liable to be withdrawn when a students is found indulged in misconduct or irregular in attendance or fail to secure required marks in House Examination. In case a student leaves the college or migrates in the mid session he/she will be required to deposit the amount of benefit given to him/her by way of scholarship, fee concession, prize etc.
